Reinvention…ugh! It may sound scary and it probably is. Change is scary for most of us but when the pain of NOT changing exceeds the pain of the change/reinvention we are seeking, things will begin to fall into place nicely. My experience has taught me that it’s tough to do this alone. Having a trusted (professional) friend/coach/colleague walking next to you makes it exciting and energizing!
